Chapter 2

Christmas is coming up soon, and things in the house are great. Mother brought up all of our decorations a while ago and we have put it up around the house. Sometimes I think that this is her favorite holiday too, because she seems so happy with what all is going on. She always seems so cheerful around the holidays, even though dad is not always around. The car rides to look at the lights and all the food and activities we do, everything at home is great and I couldn’t imagine it being any better.
